Third Party Administration (TPA)

Program Intended For:

• Residents of Hope and Area receiving social assistance, who for one reason or another are unable to communicate directly with the Ministry of Employment and Income Assistance.

Goals & Objectives:

• The role of this program is to act as a liaison to meet the needs of the client to receive their social benefits, acquire information and aid in the understanding of processes and time lines.
